Great Services from the Dearborn Public Library:

Sign up for BookLetters, a free email newsletter with comments and reading recommendations in a variety of categories, including the Teen Scene, which features new teen fiction at the library, and Teen Activities and Services, an electronic newsletter of information about library services and programs for teens. Keep up-to-date with the latest books and library activities, whatever your interests. Categories include: Teen Scene, Teen Activities and Services, New Fiction, Past & Present, Science Fiction, Audio Books, and Children's Books. Looking for something new to read? Join the Teen Online Book Club, and receive chapters from popular books in your email. Each day, Monday through Friday, you'll get a portion of a chapter that will take about five minutes to read. If you like the selections, you can check the book out from the library to finish reading, or just move on to the new title that starts each Monday. In addition to teen books, you can also choose to receive fiction, mystery, romance, and science fiction selections. There is no charge for this service. Online Resources for Homework Help  - Did you know that the Library has online resources to help you with your research? Use our databases to find magazine and newspaper articles, biographical sketches, information about various social issues, and more! Many of these databases are also available from your computer at home, using your library card barcode and PIN. Not sure if you have a PIN?
