You must present your library card in order to check out library materials.

By using your library card, you are accepting and acknowledging the terms and conditions of its use.

The card is not transferable. It is for your personal use only. Do not lend it to anyone.

You are financially responsible for all materials checked out with your card.

Report loss or theft of the card to the library immediately since you are responsible for all materials checked out on your card.  Please report any change of address promptly. 

There may be a charge to replace a lost library card.
